SARVA’S Pultruded FRP Industrial cooling towers is recognized as the best structural material for cooling tower construction as it won’t corrode, rot, rust or warp at harsh environment.

Pultruded FRP structure are completely assembled using SS Bolt Nut washers in-line with CTI Standards CTI-STD 137 for fibreglass pultruded FRP structural products and CTI-EG 152 for structural design of FRP components.

IDPC & IDPX series cooling towers are produced with engineered frame work of unsurpassed strength, quality, reliability and safety.

Each member of pultruded FRP structure is pre-fabricated as per designs and shipped to site as for ready installation. To obtain the highest structural stability every column is anchored to the foundation. The stainless-steel fasteners connected with bearing sleeves minimize the fiberglass shear stress in the bolted joints.

As per ASTM –E84-09, our pultruded FRP members are manufactured with classification as self-extinguishing with flame proof index of 25 or less.

Our connecting hardware and foot brackets can be supplied in SS 304 and SS 316 or silicon bronze for sea water application.

IDPC & IDPX series are mainly designed with high performance and non-clogging fills to achieve maximum thermal performance and minimal power consumption. Even for poor water quality, we use splash fills like Opti grid, splash V bars, Trickle fills and turbo splash fills are used.
